Hayley Maloy
Hi, I’m Hayley. I work with individuals ages 15–40 who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship challenges. Do you ever feel stuck in your head, replaying conversations, doubting yourself, or worrying about your relationships? Anxiety and self-doubt can leave you feeling disconnected from who you are, and exhausted from trying to keep it all together.
That’s where I come in. I help clients untangle the thoughts that keep them stuck, build confidence, and feel more grounded in their relationships and daily lives. My approach combines evidence-based techniques like CBT and ACT with mindfulness, somatic practices, practical coping strategies, and a holistic focus on overall well-being, helping you feel balanced in mind, body, and life.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me curled up with a good book, soaking up the Florida beaches, or hanging out with my cats and dog. I try to live a balanced life, and I love helping my clients do the same.
